The hotel was exceptionally clean with particularly good and excellent location in amongst the trains and warm rooms. My room included an electric kettle, central heating, and a TV. The bed was comfy and the staff were very helpful and extremely friendly. The service was excellent and the food was lovely. In addition, free Wi-Fi throughout the property was really convenient.

Everything met expectations, I would stay here again. Everything was great, including friendly staff and magnificent location to North pier. I got quiet room with 2 double beds, USB charging points within easy reach of the bed, USB charging points as advertised.

Our experience here was relaxing. Loved our fairly quiet rooms, plus the staff was helpful. The location was unbeatable and magnificent, right by Close to train station shops, the town centre and local transport links. It also was close to everything.

I did not want to leave there and would love to come back. The place was perfectly clean and staff were HELPFUL, I liked great and handy location. The airport was 10 km away. I had a restful stay in a long time. Everything here was great, and the weather was lovely, greatly enjoyed it. The location was magnificent and handy, short walk to the town centre and the Pleasure Beach, or Cleveleys/Fleetwood in the other direction as well as the Cavendish. It also was on Pier.
